City University of New York ( CUNY)
The City University of New York is the public university system of New York City. The system consist of eleven senior colleges and six community colleges. Senior Colleges: City College, Hunter College, Baruch College, Brooklyn College, Queens College, New York City College of Technology, College of Staten Island, John Jay College of Criminal Justice, York College, Lehman College and Medgar Evers. Community Colleges: Bronx Community College, Queensborough Community College, Borough of Manhattan Community College ( BMCC), Kingsborough Community College, Laguardia Community College and Hostos Community College.

Common Black College Application
It takes only ten minutes to complete the EDU, Inc. Application and have it submitted to 35 Historically Black College Universities (HBCUs) at the same time for only $35. EDU, Inc. is the only company that offers a common application for black colleges. The use of the EDU, Inc. Application allows you to receive acceptance letters, financial aid packages and scholarship offers from several different HBCUs.

State University of New York ( SUNY)
The State University of New York's 64 geographically dispersed campuses bring educational opportunity within commuting distance of virtually all New Yorkers and comprise the nation's largest comprehensive system of public higher education. The State University of New York's 64 campuses are divided into four categories, based on educational mission, types of academic opportunities available and degrees offered. SUNY offers students a wide diversity of educational options including short-term vocational/technical courses, certificate, associate, and baccalaureate degree programs, graduate degrees and post-doctoral studies. SUNY provides access to almost every field of academic or professional study within the system via over 7,000 degree and certificate programs.

The Common Application

The Common Application is an undergraduate college admission application that students may use to apply to any of 456 member colleges and universities in the United States and various other countries. The application is filled out once online and submitted to all schools with the same information going to each. The online system also allows the student to submit and track other components of their application such as supplements, payments, and school forms.
